Delete your account
You can permanently delete your po6tive account and everything in it whenever you like. Here’s how.

Delete it yourself
- Sign in to po6tive.
- Open Settings, then Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm with your password.
Can’t sign in?
Email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you within 30 days. We may ask a quick question to make sure it’s really you.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, sign-in details, sessions and security records.
- All tasks, streaks and history, money records, workouts, alarms and custom sounds.
- For business accounts: the business profile, staff and their PINs, services, paystubs, gift certificates, bills and business tasks. Staff lose access too.
- Your preferences, plus anything saved by older po6tive features.
Good to know
- Deletion is permanent. We can’t bring an account or its data back afterwards.
- Data leaves our live database right away. Backups roll off within 90 days.
- Only want some data gone? Manage your data instead.
